‘The amendments of Work Safety Law’ will be effective from Dec 1, 2014.The main modifications are strengthening and implementing the responsibility of enterprises.

Meanwhile the penalties to these enterprises and responsible managers for accidents are heavily increased: from 200 thousand to 20 million RMB according to the accident severity, responsible managers will face up to 100% of their annual income.
