<Inventory of Existing Chemical Substance of China> 2023 Version (IECSC 2023)
Ministry of Environmental Protection of China issued on January 30th of 2013 at its website 'IECSC' version 2013.
The public inventory of IECSC 2013 contains 42342 substances (version 2010 contains 42436 substances), showing these substances’ CAS No., English and Chinese chemical name as well as alias names, the substances’ molecular formula; Confidential Inventory of IECSC 2013 contains 3270 substances (version 2010 contains 3166 substances), showing these substances’ English and Chinese category names.
In March 2016, MEP Order [2016] No. 20 listed 31 registered new chemical substances into IECSC, among which 12 are into confidential part of IECSC.
MEE listed 45 registered new chemical substances into IECSC by order [2018] No. 58, among which 6 are into confidential part of IECSC.
MEE listed further 28 registered new chemical substances into IECSC by order [2019] No. 1, among which 10 are into confidential part of IECSC.
MEE listed further 47 registered new chemical substances into IECSC by order [2020] No. 1 in Jan. 2020.
MEE supplemented 156 chemical substances into IECSC by order [2020] No. 27 in May. 2020.
MEE supplemented 28 chemical substances into IECSC by order [2020] No. 42 in Oct. 2020.
MEE supplemented 238 chemical substances into IECSC by order [2020] No. 67 in Dec 2020.
MEE supplemented 204 + 115 chemical substances into IECSC by order [2021] No. 11 and No. 12 in Apr 2021.
MEE supplemented 225 chemical substances into IECSC by order [2021] No. 25 in June 2021.
MEE supplemented 8 chemical substances into IECSC by order [2021] No. 27 in July 2021.
Download below is updated in June 2023.
IECSC will be maintained and updated by following management procedure according to China New Chemical Management works’ progress.
