Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs of China revised the ‘Import and Export License Management Catalogue For Dual-use Items and Technologies’ (Notice No. 2015-21) on June 30, 2015, which was implemented on July 1, 2015. The previous Notice (No. 2014-96) was abolished.
