According to the <Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals> (2015 Version), (Regulations for the administration of production licenses for industrial products) and (Regulations for the administration of hazardous chemicals), the General Administration of QSIQ released the notice that Chinese manufacturers of these 118 chemicals do not need to apply for Industrial Product Manufacturing License anymore, effective from July 6, 2015. Impact only to China local manufacturers.
