With a view to strengthen the management of cosmetic raw material, China State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) has released the third batch of IECIC on 17 September, 2012 for public consultation. The deadline for comments is 30 September, 2012.

There are 1356 ingredients contained in the third batch.
