SFDA invite public comments for 《The list of having used cosmetic raw material name》once again on May 30th,2014.The deadline for comments is 15 June 2014.

In order to coordinate with domestic non-special-use cosmetics filling system which will be launched on July 1st, 2014. 《The list of having used cosmetic raw material name》 will be announced officially before July 30th, so it will be the last chance for enterprise to provide public comments.If the raw material used in the cosmetic have not been in the list, then would face difficult ' new cosmetic raw materials ' application. As known, SFDA have only approved 3 new cosmetic raw materials in the past five years.

As know, the condition for the application of adding cosmetic raw material in the 《The list of having used cosmetic raw material name》is relatively loosen. As long as the enterprise provide the evidence that the raw material has been used in China ever before, like declared cosmetics proof of approval or for the record , which can be included in the 《The list of having used cosmetic raw material name》basically.

If enterprise find the raw material which could be put on is not in 《The list of having used cosmetic raw material name》, we recommend you to take action at once.
