CFDA released <Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications> for public comments on August 12, 2015, which is the revision of <Cosmetic Sanitary Specifications > (2007 Version)>.

The new provision refined general requirements of cosmetic safety technology, adjusted limited requirements of some hazardous substances, revised cosmetic prohibition substances list and other annexed tables, also updated physical and chemical, microbiological, toxicology, human safety and efficacy evaluation method of inspection and evaluation methods.
