The Second Batch List of Hazardous Chemicals under Priority Management was published on February 17^th,2013.

The formal second batch removed Peroxyacetic acid (CAS: 79-21-0) and added ethyl ether (CAS:60-29-7) from a previously released opinion-soliciting draft issued in October 2012.

Published together with the second batch list was also published a recommendation document that illustrates the safety treatment and emergency disposal measures for the second batch of hazardous chemicals.
