Shanghai Work Safety Administration published on June 14th of 2013 at its website <The Guidance for Dangerous Chemical Registration> , which means the registration work for Dangerous Chemical Importers are formally initiated.

The Guidance does not say the time limit for the registration work. Randis suggests importers can first register the products covered by 'Catalogue of Dangerous Chemcal of China' (version 2002), or to start the preparation work for the registration.
