Within the outer ring road (except for the industrial park, block and base approved by State and Municipal) certain hazardous chemicals listed for prohibition in center City is ban on manufacture, storage, management (except for the business with no storage facilities), transport and use .Within the outer ring road restrictions and control of dangerous chemicals listed is ban on retail (excluded gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas).
