Notice of the registration certificate holders who has not submitted the 2011 annual report
CRC-MEP issued Notice on its website on October 15th, urging companies that failed to submit the Annual Report (for Simplified Registration and Hazardous New Chemical Substance under Typical Registration) for the year 2011 to supplement the Annual Reports before November 11th.
185 companies for totally 660 Certificates did not submit Annual Report for year 2011.
As learnt by Randis, 2 main reasons for these companies not submitting the Annual Report,
1. The registered New Chemical Substances were not produced/imported in 2011, then these companies thought the Annual Report were not needed.
2. companies forgot to submit the Report.
According to Item 44 of Regulations on New Chemical Substance Environmental Protection Management (Order 7), companies failing to submit the Annual Report may face penalty upto 10k Chinese Yuan.
