Publication of <Inventory of Existing Chemical Substance of China> 2013 Version (IECSC 2013)

Ministry of Environmental Protection of China issued on January 30^th of 2013 at its website IECSC 2013.

Public inventory of IECSC 2013 contains 42342 substances (version 2010 contains 42436 substances), showing these substances’ CAS No., English and Chinese chemical name as well as alias names, the substances’ molecular formula; Confidential Inventory of IECSC 2013 contains 3270 substances (version 2010 contains 3166 substances), showing these substances’ English and Chinese category names.

Main changes between IECSC 2013 and IECSC 2010: 1). chemical informtion including chemical name, formular etc. are improved or corrected; 2). chemicals supplemented between November2010 and November 2011 were included. 3). some chemicals registered under Order 17 are included in IECSC 2013.

Software version IECSC 2013 is not ready for publication yet, but will be soon. Companis purchased IECSC 2010 at full price can get the IECSC 2013 freely.

This is the first time for IECSC be published as pdf file, which will faciliate usage and reference to the Inventory.

IECSC (download below) contains chemical substances listed into IECSC till JUne 2023.
