HazChem Registration: Is June 30^th the Deadline?

Recently, many companies asked that whether June 30^th is the deadline for HazChem Registration (SAWS Order No. 53), because they received information saying that June 30^th is the deadline.

June 30^th is not the deadline!

HazChem Registration for Chinese local producers of Dangerous Chemicals has already been started since year 2002. Many of these producers needs to review their HazChem Registration Certificate (valid for 3 years) recently. For Chinese local producers, they can make the HazChem Registration through the old on-line Registration system (http://registerold.nrcc.com.cn/) before June 30^th. Because the registration requirement in the old on-line Registration system is simpler, these companies are suggested to make the registration through the old on-line system before June 30^th. Surely, these companies can make the registration through the new on-line system after June 30^th.

Starting from August 1^st, the old on-line system will be totally shut-down, companies can only make the registration through the new on-line system.

For Dangerous Chemical importers in China, the registration can only be made through the new on-line Registration system (https://register.nrcc.com.cn/EnterpriseManage/Login.aspx), no matter it is before June 30^th or not.
