Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Industry of Information Technology, State Administration of Work Safety announced < Catalogue of Embargo Hazardous Chemicals In Inland Waterways (2015 Version) > (for trial) on August 21, 2015 and it was effective at the same publication day.
Totally 308 chemicals were listed in the catalogue, including two parts: (1) the 148 Highly Toxic Chemicals in ‘List of Hazardous Chemicals (2015 version)’, among which 8 new chemicals were not in <Catalogue of Highly Toxic Chemicals> (version 2002); (2) 160 toxic chemicals which were in <Catalogue of Highly Toxic Chemicals> (version 2002), but not classified in ‘List of Hazardous Chemicals (2015)’ as Highly Toxic Chemicals.
The 8 new highly toxic chemicals are:
N-ethylbuphedrone (351-05-3), 2,3,4,7,8-Pentachlorodibenzofuran (57117-31-4), 2-Nitro-4-methoxyaniline (96-96-8), Methyl fluoroacetate (453-18-9), Cyanogen chloride (506-77-4), Tributylamine (102-82-9), Calcium arsenite (27152-57-4), 5-p-Chlorophenylsilatrane (29025-67-0)
