According to the Announcement No. 85 [2013] of ministry Environmental Protection Administration and the General Administration of Customs of China, based on “the Rules of the Environmental Management on the First Import of Chemicals and the Import and Export of Toxic Chemicals”, the adjusted list in Annex III of “Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade” which China has approved added on , and “State Tariff Item and Customs Product Code adjustments”, hereby amended release " the List of Toxic Chemicals Severely Restricted on Import and Export in China "[2014].Any party who intends to import or export the listed toxic chemicals , should apply for the Registration Certificate for Environmental Management on Import of Toxic Chemicals and the Clearance Notification for Environmental Management on Import/Export of Toxic Chemicals at State Environmental Protection Administration.

If the former announcement No.91 of 2011 of Ministry Environmental Protection Administration and the General Administration of Customs of China is inconsistent with the announcement, please refer the new announcement.

This announcement will take effect as of 1 Jan 2014.
