Taiwan ‘Regulation of New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration’ is effective from Dec. 4th of 2014.

Its Article 16 rules that ‘for a chemical substance that is manufactured or imported before the data and is not included on the inventory of existing chemical substances, documents can be submitted to Taiwan EPA before March 31st of 2015 so to manage these chemical substances as Existing Chemical Substance’.
