环保部日前公告了3家新的化学品生态毒理学测试合格实验室。目前，共有11家实验室可以进行新化学物质的生态毒理学测试工作，即2012年第77号公告的8家和2014年5号公告的3家。

 

Ministry of Environmental Protection of China announced recently 3 additional Chinese labs that are Accredited for eco-toxic tests of new chemical substances. Today, China has totally 11 such labs, i.e. 8 labs in the [2012]No. 77 announcement and 3 labs in the [2014]No. 5 announcement.

关于公布化学品测试合格实验室名单的公告

Announcement for the Accredited Labs

根据《化学品测试合格实验室管理办法》，经对申请实验室检查考核，现将检查考核结果公告如下：

According ‘Provisions on Management of Accredited Labs for Chemical Tests’, after test and inspection to the labs applying for the accreditation, the results are announced as below,

 

一、通过2013年考核的化学品测试合格实验室名单（以下简称名单）及级别：

The accredited labs that passed the test and inspection for year 2012, as well as the accreditation level.

 

(一) 上海化工研究院检测中心，常规三级；

(1). Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Centre (SRICI), accredited for Typical Registration Level 3.

 

(二) 浙江省农业科学院农产品质量标准研究所，常规一级；

(2). Institute of Quality Standards for Agricultural Products -- Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Science, accredited for Typical Registration Level 1.

 

(三) 北京协和建昊医药技术开发有限责任公司，简易。

(3). Beijing Union-Genius Pharmaceutical Technology LTD., accredited for Simplified Registration.

 

二、上述实验室可为化学品环境管理登记及相关化学品环境管理工作提供相应级别测试项目的生态毒理学测试数据。

The above labs can provide eco-toxicity test data of their accredited level for chemical’s environmental management registration and related chemical environmental management.

 

三、已列入名单的实验室，应于每年1月向我部提交上年度工作报告，并接受定期检查、随机检查和有因检查。

The accredited labs should submit annual report to MEP during each January, accept periodic/random/causal inspections.

 

四、我部2010年第78号公告自本公告公布之日起废止。

MEP Announcement [2010] No. 78 is abolished the same time.

Remark by Randis: MEP Announcement [2010] No. 78 accredited 2 labs i.e. Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Centre (SRICI) accredited for Simplified Registration and Guizhou Research Center of Physical Test and Chemical Analysis (GRCPTCA) accredited for Typical Registration Leve1.

关于公布化学品测试合格实验室名单的公告

Announcement for the Accredited Labs

 

根据《化学品测试合格实验室管理办法》，经对申请实验室的检查考核，现将检查考核结果公告如下：

According ‘Provisions on Management of Accredited Labs for Chemical Tests’, after test and inspection to the labs applying for the accreditation, the results are announced as below,

 

一、通过2012年考核的化学品测试合格实验室名单（以下简称“名单”）及级别

The accredited labs that passed the test and inspection for year 2012, as well as the accreditation level.

 

（一）上海市检测中心生物与安全检测实验室，常规四级；

Bioassay and Safety Assessment Laboratory, Shanghai Academy ofPublic Measurement (APM), accredited for Typical Registration Level 4.

 

（二）沈阳化工研究院安全评价中心，常规四级；

Safety Evaluation Center, Shengyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, accredited for Typical Registration Level 4.

 

（三）南京环境科学研究所国家环境保护农药环境评价与污染控制重点实验室，常规四级；

Key Lab. of Pesticide Environmental Assessment and Pollution Control, Nanjing Institute of Environmental Sciences (NIES), accredited for Typical Registration Level 4.

 

（四）上海市环境科学研究院环境监测实验室，常规三级；

Shanghai Academy of Environmental Sciences (SAES), accredited for Typical Registration Level 3.

 

（五）广东省微生物分析检测中心生态毒理与环境安全实验室，常规三级；

Guangdong Detection Center of Microbiology (GDDCM), accredited for Typical Registration Level 3.

 

（六）江苏衡谱分析检测技术有限公司，常规一级；

HOPE ANALYTECH INC. (HOPE), accredited for Typical Registration Level 1.

 

（七）苏州西山中科药物研究开发有限公司，常规一级；

Suzhou Xishan Zhongke Drug R&D Co., Ltd. (XSZK), accredited for Typical Registration Level 1.

 

（八）中国环境科学研究院国家环境保护化学品生态效应与风险评估重点实验室，简易。

Key Lab of Chemical Ecological Effect and Risk Assessment, China Research Academy of Environmental Sciences (CRAES), accredited for Simplified Registration.

 

二、上述实验室可为化学品环境管理登记及相关化学品环境管理工作提供相应级别测试项目的生态毒理学测试数据。

The above labs can provide eco-toxicity test data of their accredited level for chemical’s environmental management registration and related chemical environmental management.
